Returns:

It’s simple. Your happiness is our goal. We love our bags and hope you do too. We also know that our bags aren’t for everyone and manufacturing problems can arise from time to time.

If you have a problem with your bag or would like to return it, take a photo of the problem and  your sales receipt, then e-mail Lisa Burns directly at lisab@travelpickbags.com.

In the e-mail please include where and when you purchased the bag and describe the problem that you are having. Be sure to include your name and phone number.

BellaRouge and BelloNoir Bags 

1.  Are the bags offered in more colors?

At this time, we only carry the black BelloNoir with grey interior and the red BellaRouge with leopard interior. 

2.  Will my laptop or tablet fit?

Yes, up to a 13" laptop or tablet will fit in the main compartment. For quick access, tablets can be stored in the back, round, stash pocket.

3.  Are these bags offered in other sizes?

There is only one size offered which is a 1.5” wide x 11” tall bag. The size was designed to perfectly fit vertically under the seat in front of you on an airplane and also fit in a postal priority box for sending easily as a gift. There are many advantages to this compact carrier, because the bag has an extension pocket for carrying bulky items.

1. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, and we can now silkscreen and embroider your company’s logo on the front pocket.

2. What is your MQO for wholesale?

We make it easy, buy 15 or more of any bag and get the wholesale price.

3. Where is your company located?

Our drop shipping warehouse is located in Tualatin, Oregon.

4. Shipping:

We send our bags from our Tualatin, Oregon warehouse using FedEx, UPS and USPS.

All orders are sent ground shipping unless expedited or international shipping is requested.  To request special shipping, please email us at lisab@travelpickbags.com and indicate your target for delivery.

We ship your order within 3-5 business days of payment. All orders shipped within the US should be received within a week of payment. International orders can take up to two weeks to be received. If you haven’t received your order during these timelines, please contact lisab@travelpickbags.com.
